1. Rules.

Any breach of the above conditions will hold you the customer / domain owner totally liable.

TrafficParking.com. has no obligation to monitor the trafficparking Site. However, you agree that TrafficParking.com has the right to monitor the trafficparking Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the trafficparking Site properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers. TrafficParking.com will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. This policy will apply whether you choose to register or not to register for our services. 

We only collect data from people / companies which add there information to our data base, or buy advertising products, services and mailing lists as a business.

When you register with TrafficParking.com we only ask you for the details listed below, this is to ensure we can communicate directly with you either by phone, email, or mail. We try to ask for as little information as possible to keep the sign up process fast and painless. All information provided by the customer is then kept on record and stored in our database. You will from time to time receive emails notifying you of updates and bids which have been placed on your domains.

4. Buying on the Internet.  
When making purchases or other transactions through the TrafficParking.com Site or the Internet, you may be asked information from the Merchant or service provider to supply certain information, Including credit card or other payment methods. You agree that all information you provide any merchant or service provider through the trafficparking Site will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or other users of your account and credit card or other payment methods at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You also will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes/VAT, if any relates to purchases on the trafficparking Site. TrafficParking.com is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner.  

5. Limitation of Liability.  
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that TrafficParking.com gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, quality or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the Data and any such warranty is expressly excluded from these terms and conditions. The Customer acknowledges that TrafficParking.com will not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage caused in whole or part by the Company's negligence in procuring, compiling, collecting, interpreting, reporting, communicating or delivering the information contained in any of the Databases and any such liability is expressly excluded from these terms and conditions. The customer acknowledges that he or she may not copy, modify, redistribute, or re-brand any of the material/data which is produced within the TrafficParking.com site. The customer acknowledges that if payment(s) are not received from our third party suppliers e.g. ppc providers. We will not be liable for making such payment(s) to the customer as a result of this, nor will be liable to the Customer for any consequential losses (regardless of the circumstances) and any such liability is expressly excluded from these terms and conditions. The customer acknowledges and agrees that Trafficparking.com (Global Publications Ltd) may, in its sole discretion, ignore or credit back revenue, which it believes are fraudulent or invalid in nature. The customer acknowledges liability for all emails sent to clients, members, or passers by on the TrafficParking.com site and that Global Publications Ltd are in no way associated with the content provided by any 3rd party users. The Customer acknowledges that the TrafficParking.com will not be liable to the Customer for any consequential losses (regardless of the circumstances) and any such liability is expressly excluded from these terms and conditions. TrafficParking.com takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any claims or statements contained in the documents/articles and related graphics on the TrafficParking.com Site. Further, TrafficParking.com makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information contained in software programs, documents and related graphics on the TrafficParking.com Site for any purpose. All such software programs, documents and related graphics are provided without warranty of any kind. In no event shall TrafficParking.com be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from the service. Although TrafficParking.com tries it’s best to keep all data & information on the site up to date and clean, there is always the possibility some records may not have been updated by users/members, in which case TrafficParking.com cannot be held liable for any information stored. If at any stage Trafficparking decide to rent, lease. or sell any information which is connected to the site, the customer must pay in full (including VAT if applicable) when placing the an order but TrafficParking.com (Global Publications Ltd) reserves the right to reject the Customer's offer for the Rental, Lease or Purchase of the information, and to refund or re-credit to the Customer's credit card the amount paid in accordance with this clause. The Company and the Customer agree for the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 that the Company's obligations in these terms and conditions are intended for the benefit of the Customer only and to the exclusion of any third party rights

6. Recourse.  
If you are dissatisfied with the TrafficParking.com Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Global Publications Ltd in the operating of the trafficparking Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the TrafficParking.com Site.

7. Confidential Information. 
You authorise TrafficParking.com to collect from any party and to retain all relevant information relating to your use of the TrafficParking.com, and you hereby authorise any party to provide us with such information. You understand and agree that unless you notify TrafficParking.com to the contrary by e-mailing us, you further authorise TrafficParking.com to disclose, on a confidential basis, to any party with whom TrafficParking.com has business relations all relevant information relating to your dealings with us and the trafficparking Site. Whilst parking your domain name(s) at TrafficParking.com and  for a period of one year after termination of this agreement, you the customer (affiliate) agree to safeguard all programming within the site, not to disclose any of its functionality or, not to clone, replicate, reproduce, or create a similar site, not to disclose confidential information which may have been obtained during this agreement, such information includes, without limitation, business plans, operations procedures, design implementation, programming code, trade secrets, formulas, customers, mailing lists, discoveries or improvements of any kind.

8. Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold TrafficParking.com and its affiliate and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the trafficparking Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the TrafficParking.com Site or on the Internet by you or users of your account. The Domain name owner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TrafficParking.com for any claims made by any party alleging that a domain name parked with trafficparking constitutes a trademark violation.  The domain name owner / registrant of the listed domain(s) warrants that, to the best of its knowledge, each domain name which is parked with Trafficparking does not violate the trademark, copyright and patent rights of any party in connection with the goods and/or services advertised on Trafficparking in connection with the parked domain name. The Domain name owner is responsible for conducting a trademark search as well as other legal searches concerning each domain name parked with TrafficParking.com, and is responsible for advising Trafficparking of any products or services that should not be advertised in connection with any domain name because such products or services are covered by a trademark or service mark, whether registered or common law. Domain name owner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TrafficParking.com (Global Publications Ltd) for any claims made by any party alleging that a domain name parked with TrafficParking.com constitutes a trademark violation.  As an ongoing service to you, TrafficParking.com may provide 3rd party links to other web sites that we feel have relevant content / interest. However, we make no representations whatsoever about other web sites that you may access through TrafficParking.com or its affiliates. When you access a web site outside of TrafficParking.com, please understand that it is independent from Trafficparking and that we have no control over the content, products & services, or any other information displayed on such a site, and will not be held liable for any such claims.

9. Copyright.
TrafficParking.com and other names, logos and icons identifying TrafficParking.com and TrafficParking.com products and services referenced herein are owned by Global Publications Ltd. All other product and/or brand or company names mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer.
The software contained in this archive is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and the performance of the software is assumed by the user, and in no event will TrafficParking.com (Global Publications Ltd) be liable for any consequential. incidental or direct damages suffered in the course of using the software programs contained in this archive.

11. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement, including any and all documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between TrafficParking.com and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof. Failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. Our Company shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of the Company's obligations arising from these terms and conditions if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

12. Terms of Agreement 
Once you have ticked the "I AGREE" box on the sign-up page and submitted your information for validation, you are then bound by our terms and conditions and are officially an affiliate of TrafficParking.com (Part Of Global Publications Ltd)

Please note:  

* TrafficParking.com reserves the right to terminate any agreement at
   their discretion at any time. 

* If you feel that any of the sites content breaches the intellectual
   property of you the owner, then upon investigation we will try and rectify
   this matter / suggest a solution.

* Our Terms & conditions can be updated at anytime without any prior
   notice.  All affiliates / Members will be responsible for complying with
   any changes made.
